Our firm specializes in the acquisition of underperforming apartment buildings and systematically redeveloping them to produce strong returns for ourselves and our partners.
Since 2012, the management team has been acquiring, repositioning and growing the value of real estate assets, such as apartment buildings.
To date, management currently manages over $40M of apartment buildings in Southern Ontario.
With a healthy future acquisitions pipeline of apartment building properties through its network of industry professionals, management has launched a $25M fund (Peak Multifamily Trust) targeting acquisitions of properties valued at $80-$100M over the next 4 years.
